Hemp + Flax

I wanted to create a bar for the most sensitive skin that would also feel incredibly luxurious. The Sprites of Inspiration suggested I combine homemade, organic Hemp Milk with Flax gel along with the Shea, Mango, and Kokum butter trifecta. 

So I listened (you shouldn’t ignore the Sprites), and “Hemp + Flax” was born.  It’s a plain-looking soap.  No fancy swirls or textures.  But don’t let its simple exterior fool you.  There is some sophisticated alchemy that occurs once this soap combines with water and hits your skin.

The specs:

Hemp oil/milk is non-comedogenic and, due to the high presence of omega-6 fatty acids, is a powerful anti-inflammatory while encouraging new skin cell generation.

Flax seed gel is high in omega-3 fatty acids, which aid in skin repair.  Its mucilaginous texture helps maintain the skin’s moisture barrier.

Shea butter, mango butter, and kokum butter are all deeply nourishing and low on the comedogenic scale.

“Hemp + Flax” is available gently scented with a Lemongrass, Lavender, and Geranium essential oil blend or completely Unscented.
