Mula Soap’s Organic Apple Cider Vinegar Herbal Hair Rinse is mindfully designed to maximize the benefits of a post-shampoo conditioning rinse.  Apple cider vinegar is an ancient tonic for skin, hair, and gut health.

Mula Soap ACV Herbal Hair Rinses are infused with various organic and/or wild-harvested herbs known for their benefits to the health and vitality of the skin and hair. The infusions are additionally boosted by essential oils specifically chosen for each formulation.

Benefits

• Balancing the pH of the scalp and hair.  The natural pH of the scalp and hair is slightly acidic.  An ACV rinse helps the scales of the hair lie flat, reducing frizz and helping the hair hold onto moisture
• ACV clarifies and removes buildup from excess oil, styling products, and dead skin cells.
• Due to the antifungal and antibacterial properties of ACV, it can be especially soothing for scalps challenged with dandruff and other inflammatory conditions.
• ACV rinses are safe for color-treated hair and may help retain the color for longer due to the sealing effects on the cuticle and hair shaft.

How to use

This is a concentrate, so first, make a solution:

Give your rinse a good shake to mix any essential oils that may have settled.  Start with a mild solution of 1 Tbsp rinse in 8 oz of water.  Put this solution in a squeeze bottle or a spray bottle.

After shampooing, squirt or spray your hair thoroughly with the rinse.  How much hair you have will determine how much of the solution you need to thoroughly coat the scalp and hair. 

Leave the rinse on while you finish your shower or bath.  Rinse your hair with clean water one final time.

Varieties

Calming- challenged scalp formula for irritated or inflamed skin.  Includes the soothing and antifungal essential oils Litsea cubeba, Rosemary, and Peppermint.  Infused with herbs that treat inflammation and calm the skin: Horsetail, Burdock, Calendula, Marshmallow, and Nettles.

Clarifying- oily hair formula.  Includes invigorating and cleansing essential oils, Rosemary and Peppermint.  Infused with toning herbs: Horsetail, Burdock, Nettle, Rosemary

Spring Rain- all-purpose, normal hair formula. Includes skin-loving essential oils Geranium, Ylang Ylang, and Lavender.  Infused with hair tonifying herbs: Horsetail, Elderflower, Lavender, Burdock, and Nettles
